Tulsi Elizabeth StrickLand, B.L.Arch., M.B.A.
Executive and life coach and facilitator. Writer and artist.
I love to help people and organizations define and achieve their vision and I have been doing so in a variety of roles since 2001.
As someone who studied architecture, business and servant leadership I believe systems thinking and purpose are intertwined as the basis of efficiency and momentum for individuals and groups. At In Your Heart Song I offer coaching and training to equip you and your team with a deeper sense of motivation, stronger leadership skills and techniques for productivity.
Currently working on two writing projects and a podcast, "The Heart Song Interview Series" that explores meaning, motivation, and work cultures.
I studied Landscape Architecture at the University of Oregon and Servant Leadership as a Masters of Business Administration at George Fox University. I have also studied with The Life Coach Training Institute, The John Maxwell Team and Desda Zuckerman’s Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine.
In 2006 my husband Andy Strickland and I came together to create the Dodeca Art Farm nonprofit which is currently piloting a farm stay artist-in-residency program. Starting out my career as a land artist I am finally returning to art as a key part of my own expression and am working on a few projects ranging from a fused glass installation with my husband and to a handmade product line. I love dance parties, good poetry and songs around the camp fire.
I like to remind people - dream big, plan well -the world needs you!
Look forward to connecting soon.
